Senior Living Growth is a free resource site run by Alan Rosales. This page explains, in plain words, what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it.

The short version

• You do not need an account to use this site. Only template downloads ask for your name and email address.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not run ads on this site.
• If you contact us, we use what you send only to reply to you.

Information we collect

When you browse. Like most websites, our web server keeps basic technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We use these logs to keep the site running, fix problems and block abuse.

When you contact us. If you call, text or email us, we get whatever you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and message.

When you download a template. To get a free template, you fill in a short form with your name, email address, role and community or business name. The form is run by Pathly CRM, our customer system. We use your details to send you the template, follow up with helpful tips, and offer a free call if you want help. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies it needs to work, such as cookies that speed up page loading, plus cookies from Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages and templates people find useful. It uses cookies to count visits and records things like the pages you view, how you found the site, your general location and the type of device you use. It does not tell us your name or contact details. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, or install Google's free opt-out add-on for your browser.

Share buttons and outside links

Our share buttons open Facebook, LinkedIn or your email app so you can pass a template along. Nothing is shared until you choose to post or send it. Once you leave our site, that site's own privacy policy applies.

How we use and share information

We use information to run and improve this site and to answer you. We do not sell or rent it. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our web host, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to help you, and server logs only as long as needed for security and fixing problems.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have extra rights under your local privacy laws, and we will honor them.

Children

This site is made for senior living professionals. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
