exists.
Hi, I'm Alan Rosales. I spent more than 15 years in sales, including 4 years leading sales and marketing in senior living. Over and over, I watched good communities lose families for simple reasons: a missed call nobody returned, a tour with no follow-up, a review that never got a reply.
None of those problems need a big budget. They need the right words at the right time, sent every time. So I started writing those words down and sharing them for free.
